Harvest Tents

Thank you for considering Tanners Orchard for your special event. Our farm provides a Fun, relaxing environment to make your special event an unforgettable experience for young and mature alike.

How much does it cost?
It is $200.00 for three hours, ten wristbands are provided with rental of a Harvest tent. These wristbands allow unlimited access to Tanners play area. Payment is expected two weeks before your party, so we can send you your required amount of wristbands. A $75.00 deposit is required at time of booking with the remaining balance due two weeks before your party.

Any additional people (adult or child) are $5.00 per person.

How long is a party?
Birthday parties are 3 hours long.   You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your time slot to set-up, and you will have 30 minutes after your time slot to clean-up. Failure to clean up your party area will result in a $50 fee charged to your credit card.

What days are the Harvest Tents available to rent?
The Harvest Tents are available on Saturdays and Sundays in September and October. They will also be available on Monday September 5th, Friday October 7th and Monday October 10th.

What is included?
For your party you will get a 20x24 foot Harvest Tent with nine picnic tables which will seat 40-50 people. You and your guest will have unlimited access to tanners play area, which includes, unlimited barrel train, pedal cart and pony rides. Please see playground page on our website for all of the details about our play area. The Harvest Tents are located in Tanners play area.

What about food?
You can bring cake, ice cream and drinks for your guest. Grilled sandwiches can be purchased at the Old Market Eatery or Tanners can cater your party. Your choices would be Hot Dogs or Pulled Pork, this includes chips, drinks and apple pie.

What about decorations?
We understand that you have a special theme in mind for your party and you may bring tablecloths, tablecloth holders, balloons, party favors and eating utensils to match your theme.  To protect our animals and the environment, we encourage you to thoroughly clean up at the end of your party.  Failure to properly clean the area will result in a $50.00 clean-up fee charged to your credit card at the end of your party.  Thank you for your cooperation.

What about alcohol and smoking?
There is no alcohol or smoking within the gates of Tanners Orchard though smoking may take place in the parking lot.

May we bring our dog?
For the safety of our farm animals and our customers, we ask you to leave them at home.
