Sprinkle the nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice inside of the cleaned out pumpkin. Mix a can of Libby's pumpkin pie mix according to the directions on the back of the can. Pour the pie mix into the sweetie pie pumpkin until 3/4 of the way full. Bake according to the directions on the can, adding about 5-10 minutes extra. 1 c. finely chopped or coarsely grated apple (about 2 medium apples)
1 tsp. cinnamon sugar (1 tsp. sugar with a pinch of cinnamon)|Combine cream cheese and honey in a small bowl. Stir in raisins and apples. Divide raisin-apple mixture between 4 tortillas. Place squash cut side down in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn squash cut side up and place 1/2 T. butter and 1/3 c. cranberry sauce into each squash half.
