Party Tanners Style This Season
Give your birthday boy or girl a party they’ll never forget at Tanners Orchard. Your child can party “Tanners Style” out in the Back 40 Fun Acres, enjoy some apple refreshments, and party with their friends in their own private space. It’s the perfect space to create some fantastic birthday memories!
Basic Party Package Includes:
- Up to two (2) hours allotted
- Private Party tents are located in the Back 40 Fun Acres, admission is required for each participant, ages 3 – 54.
- Two (2) dozen donuts
- Two (2) gallons cider
- Small gem bag given to the birthday child
- Up to twenty (20) people included (ages 3-54 are required to have a wristband), $10 for each additional guest (additional wristbands outside the 20 allotted must be purchased at the Information Booth or Back 40 Fun Acres entrance by the party host)
- Party space is available on Festival Days only
- Available party times are between 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, or 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Outside cake and drinks are welcome, but no other outside food or drinks are permitted
- Basic Party Package: $350
- Optional Food Add-On: Email events@tannersorchard.com for information and prices – MUST PREORDER BEFORE THE DAY OF THE PARTY
- Full amount of party must be paid at the time of booking
- Rain Policy: In the event the forecast calls for inclement weather, a party may be either rescheduled (subject to availability) or you will be refunded full amount of the booking.

Private Fire Pit Package Includes:
- Up to three (3) hours allotted
- Fire pits are available on Saturdays in August and Saturdays & Sundays in September and October.
- Fire pits are located in the Back 40 Fun Acres, admission is required for each participant, ages 3 – 54.
- 20 entrances to the Back 40 Fun Acre
- Private fire pit
- Smores for 20 people
- Two (2) gallons cider
- Outside cake and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome, but no other outside food
or drinks are permitted - Basic Party Package: $450
