Hot Pepper Bacon Meatloaf

Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 3 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups traditional bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 medium green pepper diced (reserve some for extra garnish)
  • 1 tbsp greek seasoning (such as YAYA-B)
  • 1 tbsp Tanner’s Robust Ribeye Steak Seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Tanner’s Hot Pepper Bacon Jam

Glaze

  • 4 tsp Tanner’s Raspberry Jalapeno Jame (or Tanner’s Hot Pepper Bacon Jam)
  • 1 cup ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a shallow pan.
  • Bake uncovered for 90 minutes.
  • 30 minutes before the meatloaf is fully cooked, drain any grease from the pan.

Glaze

  • Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
  • Top meatloaf with the glaze 30 minutes before the meatloaf is fully cooked.
  • Garnish with sliced green pepper and bake until meatloaf is done.
