Hot Pepper Bacon Meatloaf

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 1/2 cups traditional bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 medium green pepper diced (reserve some for extra garnish)
- 1 tbsp greek seasoning (such as YAYA-B)
- 1 tbsp Tanner’s Robust Ribeye Steak Seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp Tanner’s Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Glaze
- 4 tsp Tanner’s Raspberry Jalapeno Jame (or Tanner’s Hot Pepper Bacon Jam)
- 1 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a shallow pan.
- Bake uncovered for 90 minutes.
- 30 minutes before the meatloaf is fully cooked, drain any grease from the pan.
Glaze
- Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
- Top meatloaf with the glaze 30 minutes before the meatloaf is fully cooked.
- Garnish with sliced green pepper and bake until meatloaf is done.
