Sautéed Apples

Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 cooking apples peeled and slivered
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp sugar dash of salt
  • dash of cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a medium-size skillet.
  • Gently saute apple slices until tender.
  • Just before they are done, sprinkle with sugar and spices.
  • Serve hot in place of a vegetable.
